Paul. Residents who live in and around Saint
Paul can recycle their glass
bottles, cans, #1 & #2 plastic bottles, paper, carboard and clothes
at this site for FREE (click one of the links above for its complete
description). The Vasko
Public Recycling
Center and Public Pay Dump is
located at 309 Como Avenue
in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Recycle Your Rechargeable Batteries For FREE
We accept Lithium Ion, Nickel Cadmium, Nickel Metal Hydride and Small
Sealed Lead Acid batteries. Drop off your batteries at the office trailer
located straight ahead as you enter the Recycling
Center.

Bring Your
Unwanted Eye Glasses To Us!
Vasko is collecting unwanted eye
glasses to be distributed by the Lions Club to the blind and visually
impaired.

Recycle your newspapers, mixed paper,
corrugated cardboard, glass bottles & jars, metal cans, plastic bottles
and clean clothes & linens for FREE. Be sure to put each item in the
proper container.

We CAN NOT accept the following items:

- refrigerator, freezer
or microwave food boxes (they are coated with plastic)
- egg cartons

cardboard boxes (Tape and staples are acceptable. Please flatten all
boxes.)
- There is no charge
for paper recycling.
- Please no pizza
boxes or waxed boxes

Clear and Colored Glass
|
|

All colors of glass bottles and food jars with labels are acceptable.
Please remove all lids and rinse clean. There is no charge for glass
recycling. Please separate glass by color into the proper bins.

Please no window glass, drinking glasses, dishes, light bulbs or
ceramics.

cans, aluminum foil and trays with labels are acceptable. Please rinse
clean.

- There is no charge
for can recycling.

Plastic Bottles
|

- Only bottles
marked with a #1 or #2 with necks are
acceptable. Please rinse clean, remove lids and flatten.
- There is no charge
for plastic recycling.

Please no plastic marked with #3, #4, #5, #6 or #7 or plastic
containers without necks (such as margarine or yogurt containers. No plastic
bags or toys.

Clean Clothes &
Linens
|
|

Look for the big yellow boxes marked “CLOTHES
& SHOES” to drop-off your good, clean reusable clothes and
linens. Please, only pass on what you would give a friend!
Linens: towels, sheets, blankets, curtains, tablecloths. Clothes,
including belts, coats, hats, gloves, shoes and boots
Please put all clothes and linens in a plastic bag.

No wet or dirty clothes accepted. No rags or cloth scraps accepted.
No household goods other than cloths and linens accepted.
