Thank you for choosing Veolia ES
Solid Waste, Inc. for your disposal needs. You have requested and are being
charged for a Construction Box. If any of these boxes contain 5% or more of
Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), contents will be taxed at the applicable state
and county rate for the site location of the box. Below you will find a list
of acceptable and unacceptable materials. Any unacceptable materials in the
box at the time of pick up will result in an extra charge or non-removal of
box until said materials are removed. Thank you for your cooperation.

Unacceptable material
that would reclassify your taxes would be: General household trash, food
waste, furniture, mattress and box springs. These items are considered MSW.

Wood (doors, windows, etc.)
Sheet rock and plaster
Insulation/styrofoam
Ceramic goods (sinks, toilets, tubs)
Carpet and tile

Unacceptable Materials
Branches and Stumps
Leaves and Grass
Dirt, concrete, and brick
Tires
Appliances (microwaves, A/C, etc.)
General household trash *
Food waste *
Furniture, mattresses and box spring *
Paint and batteries
55 gal drums
Hazardous materials (oil, gas, antifreeze)
Fluorescent lights and ballasts
Fuel tanks
TVs & Monitors
* These items will reclassify the tax
charged on your box.

Extra Charges Items
Branches, Stumps or Yard Waste - $100.00/box
Appliances - $35.00 each
Mattresses/Box spring - $16.00 each
Furniture - $25.00 each
Tires - $7.00 each
TVs & Monitors $50.00 each
Other unacceptable items must be removed from the box

Terms and Conditions
1. Customer will accept full responsibility for contents of box and agree to
additional charges, including taxes, if the box contains unacceptable waste.
Additional charges will be charged to your credit card or billed to you if
you prepaid by cash or check.
2. Do not overload the top of the box - an extra charge may be applied and/or
the box may not be hauled for safety reasons.
3. Customer will accept full responsibility for any damage to their driveway,
lawn, etc., which results from delivery and /or pick up of a box from an
agreed upon area by Veolia ES Solid Waste, Inc.
regardless of weather conditions.
4. Box rental is 5 days not including the day of delivery.
If box is unavailable for pick up as scheduled, an additional $100 trip fee
along with a $25.00 plus tax per day charge and a street permit plus tax fee
if applicable will be accessed to your card.
